Description: NEW 15% «SilPhos» Brazing Rods joins similar or dissimilar metals together without melting the base metals. This material is ideal for situations in which close fit-up does not exist, and where thermal expansion and service vibration are involved. 15% Silver Phos-Copper was developed primarily for use on copper, but its use has extended to other nonferrous copper base alloys. NOTE: Copper to copper brazing does NOT require flux, however copper to dissimilar metals (copper to brass or steel) requires the use of a silver brazing flux.
